Conditions for Returns: In order for hair extensions and/or hair products to be eligible for a return, all returns must be postmarked within the 7 days of the order delivery date. Hair extensions and/ or hair products must be in the original packaging and new and unused conditioned. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. All sales are final once items have been installed, colored, etc.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Process: To return an item, please email customer service at info@iconichair.net After receiving a confirmation, place an item securely in its original packaging and include your order #, name on order and mail your order to the following address:

Please note, customers will be responsible all shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
