We strive to process your order in a timely and expedient manner. Orders placed before 1pm will generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.
Orders shipped with standard shipping are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are delivered by the postal carrier within 3 to 5 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code. We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

• In order for hair extensions and/or hair products to be eligible for a return, all returns must be postmarked within the 7 days of the order delivery date.
• Hair extensions and/ or hair products must be in the original packaging and new and unused conditioned.
• Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned.
• All sales are final once items have been installed, colored, etc.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion
• If you are not satisfied with the hair style of your purchased item
• All clearance products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note, customers will be responsible all shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
